Are PRAGMA T-shirts made to order?
Yes. Every PRAGMA piece is produced after you place your order. This keeps inventory lean and avoids producing stock that may never be worn.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a size guide in inches and centimeters. You can also use our Size Guide. PRAGMA tees use unisex sizing, so compare the measurements with a T-shirt you already own and like before ordering.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Our primary customer markets are the United States and Canada, and we also ship throughout Europe and other supported destinations.
How long does delivery take?
Each item is made to order before it ships. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery after production is usually 7–12 business days for the United States and Canada, 5–10 business days for Europe, and 10–20 business days for other destinations. Actual delivery can vary by destination and carrier.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
What are the T-shirts made from?
Current PRAGMA tees are made from combed and ring-spun cotton; heather colors can contain polyester. Fabric and fit details are listed on each product page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because PRAGMA items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo so we can review the issue.
How should I care for the print?
Wash inside out with similar colors, use a gentle cycle, and avoid excessive heat. Following the care label helps preserve both the garment and print.
