Every We Are Pragma piece is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
We do accept returns for manufacturing defects.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, contact us at wearpragma@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
We want every piece to be exactly what it should be.
